What is mentoring?

  • An invaluable opportunity that can be a source of contacts, excellent experience and a reference for a CV.
  • It is a flexible cooperation between mentee and mentor.
  • It is not internship, you will deal with various areas such as sharing experience, learning about a new field, personal development, soft skills, work-life balance or career planning.

Why should I join?

Even after the official end of the mentoring program our cooperation is still continuing. It is definitely a good decision to apply for the program. Even if the mentor had not chosen me, just the interview would have been a great experience. Primarily, it was an opportunity to find out what the requirements are for graduates, and what skills I can offer.
